Welcome to the online membership renewal form. Please read the instructions and enter your information carefully.
Important points
- This renewal will take you 10-15 minutes and will be sent when you click the submit button following the declaration.
- This renewal cannot be saved mid-completion, so please allow yourself enough time to do it properly and have the following information on hand
- Handgun licence number and expiry date.
- Longarm licence number and expiry date.
- SSAA membership number and expiry date.
- IPSC membership number and expiry date.
- Working with children card number and expiry date if applicable.
- Details of all firearms you have acquired or disposed of in the last 12 months.
This renewal is made up of six sections.
- Your personal details.
- Your licences and memberships.
- Changes to firearms records as held by PPLA.
- Declaration.
- How to send evidence of your licence/membership cards.
- How to pay your membership fees.
Annual fees for 2025-26
Note: All fees below include a stipend of $100 ($50 x 2), which will be deducted at the payment page if you have attended the minimum of 2 working bees as detailed in the conditions of membership you were provided with, and as available on the PPLA website. The relevant deduction will be applied automatically based on your attendance records.

Full early bird fees must be paid by 11:59pm on 31 May 2025, or FULL fees apply, no exceptions.
IPSC fees when they arise are paid directly to IPSC VIC. PPLA is not a VAPA affiliated club.
If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your fees, it is important to contact the club president to discuss alternate arrangements. We need to know your membership intentions by 30 June 2024 as non-payment by then will result in suspension of your membership and a ban on participation until payment is received by PPLA. If payment is not received by 28 July 2024, the Licencing and Regulation division will be notified that you are no longer a financial member of PPLA.
